Holistic Training

Your success starts with your ability to understand, execute, retain and communicate your newfound knowledge. Our programs are designed in line with these outcomes in mind. You will experience measurable applied skills (hands-on) development which are validated through testing, verifying outcomes and collaboration. You will develop Cross-Platform skills that are measured through performance-based projects to strengthen retention skills. You will develop an understanding of how platforms interact and gain confidence. Our 4X Labs help you to implement your new skills in a controlled environment and further enhance your overall knowledge of using tools in the technical environment. Soft Skills create the temperament that you will need to interact will non-technical personnel in technical environments and is a critical skill to your success and are developed throughout the program, not after program completion. Your successful transition to technology requires that you gain the skills that are validated through industry examinations. Preparation for and the cost of industry exams are included in our training and you will be prepared for each exam in a sequential order throughout the program. Industry exam dates will be recommended by staff. We do not believe it’s in a student’s best interest to take industry exams post program completion. Our instructors are seasoned professionals and generally have a minimum of 8 years of both technical and training experience. We are also an authorized provider of Microsoft Certified Trainer Instructional Skills certification and require our instructors go through our in-house Train the Trainer programs.
